My client is seeking a Property Coordinator to join their exciting business, due to growth. The successful candidate will have experience within customer service, administration, property, or compliance.
Offering a starting salary of £27,000 plus genuine career progression opportunities and benefits working Monday to Friday.

The Role:
· Ensuring properties are compliant with regulations including health & safety and electrics
· Communicating with landlords, sites and contractors
· Administration duties – recording maintenance, work orders and compliance certificates on to the system
· Building rapport with external contractors
· Supporting with the leasing process and collaborating with the legal team
Skills and Attributes:
· Experience within a Customer Service or Administration role.
· Experience within property, lettings or compliance – desirable
· Understanding of property compliance and regulations – desirable
· Excellent communicator
· Proactive approach
· Highly organised
