Your Role:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Be confident on the phone to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Support with customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Effectively communicate with different departments within the business.
  • Provide an exceptional experience to customers daily.
  • Upload information to the system.

Skills:

  • You will possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Computer literate.
